Conversion of Warehouse to Restaurant and Market

Conversion of a single paint warehouse to a new restaurant, kitchen, and market with a second-floor reception area. Structural scope included the repairing existing foundation, reinforcing the existing roof with new beams and joist to support the assembly live loading. New store front framing. The second-floor addition has a concrete floor, light gauge framed walls and bar joist roof.
